Northeast Iowa Community Action Program

NEICAC owns and manages four Affordable Housing complexes and three single family rental units. The NEICAC complex has 12 townhouse style apartments in a family friendly location. It is close to schools, parks, athletic fields and downtown Calmar.

As a private non-profit, Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation (NEICAC) serves low-income individuals and families in the counties of: Allamakee, Bremer. Airtel 3g Dongle Device Driver here.

Decorah is home to the other three apartment complexes. Is a 16 unit senior apartment complex well within reach of all amenities Decorah has to offer. The, a 15 unit, multi-family project, renovated an historic building in downtown Decorah and has been full since it opened in 2001.

Northeast Iowa Community Action Program

In 2007 we partnered with Winneshiek County Habitat for Humanity by completing the. M3 Data Recovery Serial Number. It is a four bedroom, duplex that is completely handicapped accessible, and has on-site support service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Single Family Rental program has 3 rental units in Northeast Iowa, including 2 units in Maynard and a house in Strawberry Point. These units will be permanent rentals for at least 15 years and each unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an attached garage. All the projects were completed with a collaboration of partners varying from the Iowa Department of Economic Development (IDED), Iowa Finance Authority (IFA), Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB), Hawkeye REC, Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC), Winneshiek County Board of Supervisors, City of Decorah, Decorah Bank and Trust, Bank of the West, and Habitat for Humanity. Each property maintains full occupancy with waiting lists.
