@ Siddhant it is there, but empty. From the last screenshot, it appears that the Catalog operation ran for one second! Can you open a command prompt window, type “cd C: Program Files Symantec Backup Exec” and then “catrebuildindex -r”? This should help in rebuilding the Catalog Indexes.

If not then please follow the steps given by Henrik and if that does not work either then do the following:  1) Stop Backup Exec services 2) Rename “Catalogs” folder to anything other than that, for example 'Catalogs_old'.
